YOUR QUESTIONS, SIMPLY ANSWERED

Stay in control.
Move forward with clarity.

Your website, your content, your approvals: the essentials before you start.

01 / YOUR WEBSITE

A natural extension of your website.

Your new pages extend the website your customers and search engines already know. They can live in its subdirectories, for example www.your-site.com/guides/choose-your-product, and become part of your navigation, internal links and buying journeys.

Our approach prioritises that continuity. The deployment experience behind this choice showed faster discovery and better results in subdirectories on the projects involved, compared with subdomain deployments. This experience informs our approach; timing and gains for your project will be measured on your pages.

The idea is to work with your existing website. An initial integration defines where content appears and how pages are delivered. Your design and business functions are the reference.

We check the relevant elements with your team: navigation, basket, customer account, filters and conversion tracking. The connection is adapted to your environment.

Semplifyer adds a delivery layer that enriches your website’s response with prepared content. Your application remains the foundation of the customer experience.

Page availability depends on your own servers. Semplifyer does not replace your hosting. Delivery, monitoring and maintenance responsibilities are defined during integration.

An initial setup is needed to connect your data, define your page types and check delivery. Once that scope is approved, your teams reuse the same templates and workflows for subsequent batches.

The aim: less repetitive development and less waiting for each new content need. A major change to your website may require an integration adjustment.

02 / YOUR CONTENT

Your method. Your decisions.

Define your own page types around your needs: product listings, filtered pages, product details, search results, categories, articles, guides, content pages or store pages for a store locator.

Each type defines the useful information, its structure and the fields to manage. For articles, images can be included in the preparation and publishing process. Explore examples.

Yes. You can edit individual pages and fields, or apply the same process to batches of thousands of pages. You choose the fields, scope and approval rules.

How imports and processing are split into batches depends on the sources and planned checks. Saving a change and publishing it are two separate actions.

Semplifyer offers ready-to-use workflows: identify opportunities, prepare content and images, check pages or track results. Choose the task without having to build a new workflow.

Reuse these workflows individually or in batches and schedule them to run. They can produce a page, brief, recommendation, check or report, with the approvals you choose.

You have two test environments and one production environment. Preparation is for building and adjusting; pre-production is for checking the display and user journeys; production delivers approved content.

Content records are shared: these destinations are not three independent editorial workspaces. Approvals and publishing are organised for your project. See the steps.

03 / YOUR RESULTS

Monitoring that helps you take action.

A change in clicks or rankings in Google Search Console, content that no longer matches your catalogue, a failed process or a check that detects an unexpected change.

Regression tests check that a website change has not damaged the elements being monitored. Sources, thresholds, frequency and notification methods are defined around your scope.

The first indicators focus on your work: time spent on a batch, hours of hands-on work, number of corrections and time from request to launch. They let you compare an operation before and after setup.

Clicks, rankings and conversions are then tracked over comparable periods, accounting for seasonality and other marketing activity. Results depend on your context; no traffic volume is guaranteed.

Results show which pages to adapt, which questions remain unanswered and which searches deserve a new destination. Your team sets priorities, adjusts content or creates new pages, then resumes monitoring.

This cycle connects data to practical decisions. Observations and hypotheses remain distinct, so you don’t change a page based on an isolated signal.

04 / YOUR PROJECT

A first step with a clear plan.

We start with a useful case: a page family, a recurring update or monitoring to set up. The scope defines sources, volumes, steps, approvals and the integration needed.

Timing and budget are agreed after that discussion. A first batch helps check the quality of the result and measure the work saved before expanding.

Handover arrangements should be defined from the start. They need to cover content, URLs, configurations and how pages will continue to be displayed.

An enriched native page and a new URL created through the service have different handover needs. These points are clarified with your team before committing.
